Ensure the AVX system Caswell CAPB-5070NR NIC can access and utilize PCIe information during boot and runtime.


Update

1. Rewrite CAPB-5070NR Port mapping logic to classify NIC slots based on the PCIe bridge ID

2. To ensure consistent ordering when running get_port.py, the pci_info and pf_info dictionaries have been modified to be declared using OrderedDict().

3. The Intel E810-C SFP has 8 PFs, using PORT_EXCHANGE|PORT_REVERSE|PORT_SWAP sorting strategy to achieve the desired front view.

4. Intel E810-C SFP add the subsystem_vendorid information as a unique identifier and to name the NIC, 10G as [8086:1593:8086]; 25G as [8086:1593:1e97].
