Root Cause:
vAPV uses /ca/etc/avx_model and /ca/etc/avx_sn to record AVX information for license calculation.
However, during a system update, these two files are not copied to the new partition, resulting in a license calculation failure after boot.
Consequently, IPv6 configuration fails because it requires a valid license.Solution:
If vAPV runs on AVX, avx_model and avx_sn these two files should also copy to the upgraded partion.
Upgrade APV and check ipv6 configuration on vlan interface not deleted.
