Description

Remove useless CLI and fixed description

Testing Done

After researching,
the cli: cloud az set log and cloud az set loglevel is rename(replace) to cloud az log and cloud az loglevel.
so I remove the part of cloud az set log and cloud az set loglevel.
I also found the description of cloud az log on/off is wrong, so I fixed it.
