Remove code duplicates
1. CSS duplicates removed from compoents
2. Get devices and grops business logic moved to service layer, to remove duplicate and as well as to handle RBAC later.Notification panel & snack bar notifications are updated
Nginx configuration updated to support GUI and APIs using https (443)
The changes has been tested locally.
