Time-Filter component added. (ToDo: convert the datetime format per backend supported format. awaiting for backend confirmation), also update fields with current selected value.
Monitoring section - duplicates removed, minor tweaks and improvements.
Monitoring data - minor API fixes.
The changes has been tested locally.
