commit fixed code to rel_10_7_3 version
- Test code for APV 10.7.3, can reproduce 404 issue in this version.
- Check the fixed code was not commit in rel_10_7_3 branch.
- Add fixed code to APV 10.7.3 test environment, and the 404 error is disappear.
