Two download paths running at the same time:

1.FTP continuously downloading small files

2.FTPS downloading a file — after about 80%, the client experiences 10% packet loss.

The speed difference created under these conditions may trigger the issue.


Root cause:

When the RS-side connection ends, the firewall activates the block.


Solution:

Change it so that the trigger occurs when the VS-side connection ends.

Also, revert the commit from TWSD-621.
