update openssh-7.5p1 ssh_config
In our AG, there is no case using Proxy Command, however, Openssh prior to 10.1 version may have CVE-2025-61984 problem.
As a result, I add some configs in openssh-7.5p1's ssh_config.
This is only a preventive measure, and such scenarios are highly unlikely. However, the official recommendation is still to upgrade OpenSSH to version 10.1 or above as the fundamental solution.
