After the previous SVN Commit for TWSD-1129 (https://reviewboard.arraynetworks.net/r/1370/)

A logic error was found in the log sending functionality.

This caused incorrect handling of log entries, potentially leading to incomplete or lost log messages.

This review addresses the issue by fixing the log sending logic to ensure that entries are sent correctly and fully.

Setup HA environment between two devices
Setup the Floating IP for both HA Group
Let it run for a while and check the atcp.log
