Root cause
TWSD-1129: The newly added "uhi_fastlog_receive" function duplicates the functionality of the existing architecture, as both read from "/tmp/fastlog.sock", causing resource contention.

Solution
Remove the "uhi_fastlog_receive" function and its related modifications.
Test
Log in to APV using the root or test account, and verify the contents of "/var/crash/ca_log/atcp.log".
