DEX-84 [MotionPro] DLL caused username missing on prompt login window with auto cert

The issue occurred because the username was not being passed from ArrayVPNApi.dll to SecurityGateway.dll.
The username transmission flow has now been added to the ArrayApi and SecurityGateway components to support this functionality.
Related language files have also been updated to improve the user interface display.
