Problem
Restoring running config was not applying the entire run config
Solution
Made changes to apply entire running config from backup to the restored AMP
Tested the NTP Config restore from the backup as mentioned in the bug and it was successfull
But since we dont have clear config command in AMP3 some prev config in the restored AMP will still be present.
But this will not affect the restoring of config.
