QA: Notice that when deploying the vAPV instance for Small, Medium, and Large to the new AVX x900 platform. There seem to be limit a restrict limit on the AVX software. The maximum number of small, medium, and large instance does not account for the new AVX x900 plateform of increased Memory and CPU size.
Example: No matter how large the memory size (512GB) and cpu for the AVX, you cannot create more than 8 small per domain.
Root cause: There is license limitation on hardware capbility. Enlarge the allowance for now. May consider to abbadon this function later.
Unit test on local machine.
