this fix is in both 10.4.3 and 10.4.2 brranches so should port it, unfortunatelly no more info is availble since we cannot access bugzilla, but this probably is not related to 645 bug. Looking at the diff I think it's only applies to ipv6

could not test since not sure how to reproduce, so just ported
