      10.4.0.112_india and 10.7.1 branch has different code base. Mostly we do not need MAX_RADIUS_CONF_COUNT change anywhere else. But we need see if we are seeing any issues with this change.
      
Last time we saw in 10.4.0.112_india branch, in place of MAX_LDAP_CONF_COUNT this they mistakenly used MAX_RADIUS_CONF_COUNT. Which leads to crash. I tried to check with grep with MAX_RADIUS_CONF_COUNT string.
