After image upgrade a few mysql/tcp real service is going down.

Testing Done

UT done

All mysql/tcp health check working fine
NO crash
No ui lag

You should commit it to http://192.168.100.11/svn/Ustack/branches/rel_apv_10_4_0_112_india not tagged branch.
The tags/Rev_APV_10_4_112_1 (tagged branch) should not be changed anymore.
Future commit should be on http://192.168.100.11/svn/Ustack/branches/rel_apv_10_4_0_112_india.
