Upgrade OpenSSH to 9.3p2.
[x] The patched build deployment should boot up successfully.

[x] The patched build should let user be able to login via CLI.

[x] The version of OpenSSH should show SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_9.3 when connecting to the patched build deployment using telnet.
