  1. Server not reachable then we were falling back to local authentication.
    2. 

  2. When server was reachable but port not then connection was stuck.
    3. 



Fixed description


Added connection timeout of 10 sec, after that old connection getting time  out after 10 sec and allowing to login with local credential.
