if webagent traffic reaches vip with slb directfwd syncache on http headers get corrapted, so it's recommended not to use these 2 together, so we need to display warning when configuring either of them while the other is enabled
tried configure webagent while directfwd syncache is on and got a warning and when syncache was on got a waring when configured webagent.
if the feature is off no warning is displayed.
ovserved warning in webui as well.
