Fix displaying issue
    

  1. Fix typo (There is no 'value' parameter in function: value_to_rest)
    2. 

  2. Get missing data for 'stp', 'priority', 'interfaces' field
    3. 

  3. Delay calling the API to avoid "System is busy. Please retry later." (about 0.1 seconds)
