WebUI changes for SAML groups
    

  1. Add button "Add From SAML" to Group Name type

  2. Add page for "Add Groups From SAML"

  3. Handle search name function

  4. Test if you click "Add From SAML" button, then you will go to "Add Groups From SAML" page, and show groups of SAML.
