RST_ID_UPROXY_300 had the same value as RST_ID_UPROXY_181. To avoid duplicates, I am adding new reset id value for the real server idle queue connection reuse slo timer - RST_ID_UPROXY_187 and RST_ID_UPROXY_188. This ids are currently NOT used.
This is related to recent issue jira 224. Having unique id can help identify timeout cause.
build with change was tested in support lab during the test for jira 224
