Add cookie that warning box can appear once.
    

  1. Add functions to set and retrieve cookies.  
    2. 

  2. Get the cookie when the WebUI page loads.  
    3. 

  3. If no cookie is found, display the warning box and set a cookie.  
    4. 

  4. If the cookie exists, do not display the warning box until the cookie is deleted.
