The solution is to change zh-TW po file. However, the key "Password" might be used in other place. Therefore, I created another key "LogInPagePassword" which is used in the log in page. Removing "fuzzy" from the English version translation file makes the compile this file possible.

TWSD-651 Chinese displayed on sign-out page
In the APV WebUI, if you switch to the Traditional Chinese mode and sign out, the password field and copyright text on the sign-out page will display Chinese. They should remain in English, because if you close the page and enter the sign-in page again, all fields are English. Sign-in and sign-out pages should remain the same.
