Add API for GSLB host and service list
The API document is:

Add 4 API:

1. API for topology of Host List

2. API for Normal charts of Host/Service List

3. API for hits charts of Host/Service List

4. API for topology of Service List


I also changed the mapping of command for write_monitor_to_db.py
