Fixed condition for Key Length is SM2
    

  1. Modify the condition for "Add Subject Alternative Names" and "Subject Alternative Names" when the Key Length is "SM2" (That is, revert changes for revision 9269)
    2. 

  2. Add html files for customizing the page for Generate CSR
    3. 

  3. Add javascript for check Key Length is "SM2" or not (other part is same as hive/template/box_action.html) (Only added Line 71~86)
