When enabling
slb directfwd on, the second SYN/ACK will be dropped if we send 2 continuous SYN.This issue was fixed in version 10.4(bug 136449, revision 37227)
- write a raw socket of client and server to handle 2 continuous SYN packet without RST
- check if the second SYN/ACK is dropped by APV
