To fix the issue "'XL Intel XL 722' doesn't handle packet in AVX |AS-19224|", I updated the driver using references from github.
I have added code for both PF and VF devices. However, only VF functionality was tested, as PF devices were not available.

I tested basic connectivity for the VF with the following steps: the VF device was visible in the system, an IP address was successfully assigned, ICMP ping tests were performed, and SSH and HTTP accessibility were also tested.
