Description

Change the cascader panel logic, to make UX more smooth.

Testing Done

To improve this, the selected parent menu is now highlighted, and once a first-level menu is selected, the related submenu data is immediately loaded. This makes the user interaction smoother. Additionally, a bug was fixed where the "Generate Report" button could be clicked even when no data was selected.
