Add WebUI for Send OR Code for OTP via Email
As the attachment,
The function will show when the user is in Config mode (1).
The page is in each virtual site, and in the section of Local Database->Local Accounts (2).
If you in Config mode, there will be checkboxes column (3) show up, and there is "Send OTP QR Code" button (4) next to the "Search" button.
Only when you click any checkbox, the "Send OTP QR Code" button will be enabled.
You can click first checkbox for "Check All", but there is pegination for the list, that is, only 100 records per page.
I also add function to Apply To All (5) called "Send QR Code for Third-party OTP Secret to Email".
I also remove some useless code (only be commented code.)
