Create layouts and placeholder components for the AMP application

- Created the layouts with placeholder components

- Added API integration for devices and device groups


This commit also fixes - AA-2955 : Create web pages & API integration for Devices & Device Groups
The changes are tested locally with working AMP3.7 APIs.

      Its the proxy configuration, will be used only during the development phase. When we create the UI build, this poxy conf will be ignored. Its for the developers. I can replace this with a placeholder at a later stages of the development.
