Create layouts and placeholder components for the AMP application
- Created the layouts with placeholder components
- Added API integration for devices and device groupsThis commit also fixes - AA-2955 : Create web pages & API integration for Devices & Device Groups
The changes are tested locally with working AMP3.7 APIs.
